Refund Policy

At Aesthetic Details, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

  1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

    • If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please notify us immediately upon completion of the service.

    • We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a correction or touch-up at no additional cost.

  2. No Refunds for Completed Services

    • Once a detailing service has been completed, we do not offer refunds.

    • If there are any issues with the service, we will work to resolve them promptly to your satisfaction.

  3. Appointment Cancellations

    • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of scheduled service.

  4. Weather-Related Cancellations

    • If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, we will contact you promptly and work to find a suitable reschedule date.
