Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, please notify us immediately upon completion of the service.

We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a correction or touch-up at no additional cost.

No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a detailing service has been completed, we do not offer refunds.

If there are any issues with the service, we will work to resolve them promptly to your satisfaction.

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of scheduled service.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions, we will contact you promptly and work to find a suitable reschedule date.
